Quarterly Payments

HOA Assessment Information:

2026 HOA Fee: $715 per quarter.

Fees are due on the first of each quarter: January, April, July, and October.

Payments are past due after 15 days. Accounts are sent to the attorney after 90 days. See collection policy on website for details. 

Your account number is your 3-digit lot number (ex. Lot 1 is account number 001)

Automatic payments are highly recommended.

Payment Option #3 - Mail a Check or use Bank Bill Pay

 

 

Complete an ACH form and return it via email to [email protected] or mail to Oak Ridge HOA, PO Box 1577, Palm City, FL 34990.

No processing fees. 

This is the only option that will automatically update your payment amount when the fees change.

Include your homeowner account number on all checks (LOT NUMBER)

Lost checks or checks with the wrong account number will not be applied to your account. Bank bill pay sends checks from the bank on your behalf, it is not ACH. They take up to 2 weeks to be received.
